/Former Fox News Anchor Adam Housley, confirmed Thursday that his niece, Alaina Housley, was killed in the bar shooting in Thousand Oaks, CA.
Housley and his wife released the following statement about her.
"Our hearts are broken," the statement reads. "We just learned that our niece Alaina was one of the victims of last night's shooting at Borderline bar in Thousand Oaks. Alaina was an incredible young woman with so much life ahead of her and we are devastated that her life was cut short in this manner. We thank everyone for your prayers and ask for privacy at this time."
Before word came down that Alaina Housley, was killed, her college roommate was tweeting for help to find her.
It wasn’t long after she tweeted this that Reporters started to ask her for interviews. She responded with this:
Sadly, Ashley learned that her roommate was one of those killed in the mass shooting.
So sad and even more so, knowing that we will be going through this again in just a few days or weeks.
But hey, there is nothing that can be done….right?
BULLSHIT! Something can be done, but no politician has the guts to do it.
