Rob Morrison: I have No Plans to Write Tell All

When Rob Morrison was arrested, police said that while in custody he was still making statements about harming his wife.
When Morrison was asked about those statements, he said he didn't say that and was surprised as anyone to see police say that.
This morning the NY Daily News said Morrison was planning on writing a "tell all" book that he hoped would be also turned into a TV Show.
Morrison responded to that story Today.
“I have no plans to write a tell-all,” Morrison told us, “and I have no idea where that story came from… I swear to God.”
Sounds like the police station all over again.
Do you think that Morrison's lawyer read the NY Daily News as well and might have made a call to his client?
