A Judge has ordered WCBS Anchor Rob Morrison to stay away from his wife. Although Morrison denied choking his wife in their Connecticut home, the judge still has issued an order of protection against Morrison.

The order states that he must stay at least 100 yards away from Ashley Morrison except when they're both at work.

Ashley is an for "CBS Moneywatch."

Morrison was charged Sunday with strangulation, threatening and disorderly conduct. Cops said he had been belligerent toward his wife and had his hands wrapped around her neck.

Cops say he even kept threatening Ashley while he was being processed.

Morrison claims the whole incident is being blown out of proportion. He claims he did not choke his wife, but would not answer any questions about the red marks on her neck.

He remains off the air at WCBS.
