Someone Has His Panties in a Knot

Brad Hlozek is the Chief Met at KTRE in Lufkin, Texas.

I’ll be honest, I can’t say that I have ever heard of KTRE and I have no clue where Lufkin is in Texas.

Anyway, Hlozek posted a graphic he made about the location of an earthquake.

Rusty Surette, a News Anchor at KBTX in the neighboring market of Bryan, Texas, posted Hlozek map, and although it had the KTRE logo on it, Hlozek was pissed that Surette didn’t give him credit for the map. Which by the way, looks like he threw a couple of yellow dots and a Google map.

Yes, both stations are owned by Gray, so I’m guessing that Surette figures it is all in the family. Also, we didn’t Hlozek reach out in a DM, instead of going public?

It didn’t take long for it to be on in the comments.

Here’s hoping that Brad learned a lesson, but I get the feeling that maybe he didn’t.
