Tegna Cuts in Cleveland

A source in The Land tells FTVLive that Tegna has made some cuts at WKYC.

The insider says that they have decided to layoff essentially all part-time staff. That includes all but one production assistants and part-time contributors.

We’re also told that a Digital Reporter was told that their job will be eliminated in the coming months.

Remember when stations were all about “digital first”? Yeah, forget about that.
