Tegna Opts to Add News

It looks like WGRZ (Buffalo) is going to pull their 4PM lifestyle show “Most Buffalo” and replace it with a traditional newscast.
The Tegna station is said to be moving the lifestyle show to their streaming channel.
The Buffalo News reports that WGRZ’s newest anchor, Courtney Cortright, appears to be in line to Anchor the traditional 4 p.m. weekday newscast.
It is good news when a TV station looks to add real news, but this is Tegna, so we’ll have to see.
