Right on the heels of WBBM GM Marty Wilke announcing her departure, WBBM News Director Jeff Kiernan announced yesterday that he was also leaving the CBS O&O.

 Kiernan is headed to WTMJ in Milwaukee next month to be the Senior Director of Local Content, overseeing broadcast news operations and digital content strategies.

Which in the old days was just called "News Director."
