Fox News Fires Back

It appears that Fox News is done facing allegations and it is time they throw around some of their own. 

Today Fox News responded to a lawsuit from former host Andrea Tantaros by filing motions for sanctions against her attorney Judd Berstein.

Fox News is asking for “a substantial monetary award,” and a dismissal of Tantaros’ complaint.

They also want sanctions against Burstein’s for violations of the New York Rules of Professional Conduct for lawyers in the state of New York.
