There Goes the Judge

Yesterday, FTVLive told you that Fox News judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano attempted to help out Donald Trump and his "wiretapping" story that is falling apart.

Napolitano said that British intelligence spied on Trump at the request of President Obama. Napolitano cited "intelligence community members" as the source behind his wild claims.

Fox News quickly tried to distance themselves from Napolitano's claims.

We wrote, "How Fox News responds could have a great impact on the network as a whole. This is all about credibility and Fox News needs to get in front of this fast. But, how? And what will they do?"

We now have an answer.

The network has pulled the judge from the air.

The LA Times writes that Judge Napolitano is being kept off the air indefinitely amid the controversy over his unverified claims.

Fox News did not respond to inquiries about Napolitano’s status Monday.

Napolitano was conspicuously missing from the network’s coverage of the confirmation hearings on Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch — an event in which he typically would have played a significant role. He has not been on the air since Thursday.

Now the question is will Fox News let the Judge return, like NBC did with Brian Williams?

Or will FNC do the right thing and cut ties with the judge completely?

Stay tuned.....
