The Tegna turnover is continuing…

At Tegna’s WGRZ (Buffalo) Sports Anchor/Reporter Lindsey Moppert is leaving the station after a short two year stint.

WGRZ News Director Jeremy Settle sent an email to the staff saying that Moppert is leaving to “return home and be closer to her family.” Settle added, "Lindsey has grown tremendously as a journalist, bringing energy, passion, and a deep love of sports to our coverage. Her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond whatever the ask will be missed.”

Her last day is today.

No word on a replacement.
