If you’re a public figure, you will get mean messages, that is a fact.

I would say that 90% of the emails that come into FTVLive are very positive and nice. Two percent are not and I choose to ignore most of those.

Over at Nexstar’s WXIN (Indianapolis) Anchor Angela Ganote might want to think about using a similar approach.

Ganote was sent a meme which used the C-word and she decided to post a screenshot of it to her social media.

I think this was done to publicly shame the sender. It also would see to violate Nexstar’s no swearing policy as well.

Just because someone calls you a bad word, do you need to post that word for others to see?
