An Allen Media insider tells FTVLive that the company has a very large loan payment coming due this year and another one coming next year.

The source claims that Allen Media is having trouble finding a financial institution to refinance them. 

If this information is correct, I expect to see Allen Media bought up very quickly after the FCC relaxes ownership rules.

While it sucks to work at a station that is going through a sale, as bad as Allen Media is, I think this would be the best outcome for the employees.
