More Changes at KHOU

It is hard to keep track of the players at KHOU without a scorecard.

Station insiders tell FTVLive that WCNC (Charlotte) Anchor Xavier Walton is headed to Houston to solo anchor the morning show.

Word is that current morning Anchor Lisa Hernandez is getting demoted to weekends.

Hernandez was hired as the main evening Anchor before being moved to mornings and now to the weekend shift.

A staffer at KHOU tells FTVLive, “We haven’t heard anything from management yet but this must be a ratings thing. Our numbers have tanked this summer. Every time I look we’re in 4th place.”

Time will tell if Walton is the answer to the bad ratings….
