Meredith Drops Lawsuit Against Former Reporter

WNEM (Saginaw) parent company Meredith Corporation has dismissed their lawsuit against former Reporter Nick Lulli.

The company was suing Lulli for breach of contract after leaving his job one year into a four year contract. Lulli filed a countersuit against WNEM and Meredith for discrimination.

Meredith was seeking over $8,000 from Lulli, but now they have appeared to just throw in the towel. The company dismissed the lawsuit, basically handing Lulli a victory.

No word on how much this entire escapade cost Meredith in legal fees, but we’re guessing it was more than $8 grand.
