Troubled Fox O&O KTTV has reached across the street for their latest hire. 

The Firm has hired KABC Anchor Elex Michaelson to anchor the station's 4:30AM newscast FOX 11 Morning News. 

He was Reporting and filling in on the Anchor desk at KABC from time to time and now he gets to Anchor full time. 

He starts his new gig at The Firm on January 22nd.
