Former Elmira Weatherman Ryan Belz made some history on TV and it had nothing to do with weather. 

Belz a former Weather Anchor at tiny WENY in Elmira was a contestant on the Price is Right and proved to be a master of Plinko. 

Ryan was not exactly calm and cool with his accomplishemnet:
