Under Threat of Prosecution, Denver Station Airs Interview

KUSA did an interview with a former Denver Department of Human Services case worker about a tory of children being taken from a home.

KUSA then contacted the  Denver Department of Human Services for comment. Instead of a comment they received a letter from a city attorney representing DDHS warning reporter Chris Vanderveen and News Director Patti Dennis to not to air the interview and if they did they could face criminal prosecution.

The station aired the interview.
